The Greater Starkville Development Partnership was honored at the 29th Annual Keep Mississippi Beautiful Awards in Jackson.
The Starkville Main Street Association received honors in the Business/Industry Award category which highlights organizations across the state who maintain and contribute to keeping areas attractive and clean.

Elee Reeves, First Lady of Mississippi presented the award honors and the keynote speaker for the event was Central District Transportation Commissioner Willie Simmons.
Starkville is one of 51 Keep Mississippi Beautiful affiliate communities throughout the state of Mississippi.
