How it Works
- Fill out the registration form below.
- Select payment via credit card or PayPal by using the dropdown menu under Payment Options. Once you complete payment, an email will be sent to you with further instructions.
- Open the email you receive and click the link to register with WellBeing. (Here you will be prompted to either create your team, or join a team that has already been created.)
