Starkville has the most pets per capita as any town in Mississippi and I may look small but I have big ideas for the pets here.
Pets should be able to have their own tailgating and their own bulldog bash.
We need more pet friendly bars, restaurants and parks too.
No pet walks alone here
No pet goes without treats here
No pet is not loved here
