“Working with clients in the Starkville area has been amazing and our company has really enjoyed it. We enjoy providing peace of mind and tranquility to busy office managers by handling the cleaning for them, so they can fully focus on their jobs,” said Wilkins.
Wilkins believes that most of his success arrived after joining the Greater Starkville Development Partnership. “Since joining, my business has steadily grown, and I have met so many people that I otherwise would not have met. I am very thankful to The Partnership for the hard work they do for the Starkville business owners and the many events they set up for us to network”.
Wilkins isn’t just passionate about helping businesses, he is also passionate about his staff! “We try to build a strong family-like culture in our company. We have weekly meetings and monthly staff parties as well as gift giveaways to our hardworking employees. It has really helped to build rapport and trust among our team members, and thankfully we don’t have a lot of turnover,” said Wilkins.
