Crispy fried catfish, steaming hot ribs, brisket, and juicy pulled pork sandwiches – can you think of anything better for a game day meal? OMG Grill House on the corner of HWY 12 and Avenue of Patriots Street serves these and more daily.

Since starting his business in 2020, owner and chef T.A. Amos has enjoyed bringing years of experience in the food service industry back to his hometown and growing his business to be the staple that it has become for so many.
“Being a Starkville native, it feels great to come back to my home town to interact with new customers, family and friends,” Amos shared. “To become a new landmark in Starkville and to have customers feel like family is an awesome feeling.”

Culinary Hometown Hero
Amos has always dreamt of coming back to Starkville and serving his dishes to the community that raised him. Getting the opportunity to live out that dream makes it mean even more to him and his team, and that extra layer of purpose shines through with every ounce of hard work.
Throughout the summer, Amos and his team started “Summer Sundays”, in which all tip proceeds went to Calvary Cross Church. By the end of the promotion, August 28, OMG Grill House was able to donate $11,000 to the church.
According to Amos, this is just the beginning of Summer Sundays. He shared that various churches, organizations and groups can submit a letter of why they should be selected for the ongoing summer sponsorship events.
