Business Assistance and Tax Incentives

The Mississippi Development Authority offers grant and loan programs, small business assistance, minority business assistance, and tax incentives to businesses in Mississippi.

The Golden Triangle Development LINK provides support and programs to support businesses in the Oktibbeha County area.

The Mississippi State University Small Business Development Center provides services and support to small businesses. It is located in Starkville and offers services to the surrounding 10 counties.

City of Starkville Development Services Division

The City Development Division reviews building plans, issues building permits, conducts inspections and issues Certificates of Occupancy for construction and Privilege Licenses. Call them at 662-323-8012 or visit https://www.cityofstarkville.org/236/Building-Department

City Clerk

Chancery Clerk
