The Golden Triangle Regional Airport (GTRA) is located fifteen miles east of Starkville off Highway 82 and is currently served by one commercial carrier. GTRA recently completed a $3.8 million expansion of the terminal, a 31,000-square-foot faciltity designed to accommodate 140,000 passengers a year.
GTRA currently offers three round trips Monday through Saturday and two on Sunday via Atlantic Southeast to and from Atlanta.
